Centennial Insurance

Text Messaging Program

How Centennial Insurance text messages work, and how to stop them at any time.

Who sends the texts

Centennial Insurance LLC (brand: Centennial Insurance), a licensed independent life insurance agency, Insurance License #968312, 19751 Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138. Texts are sent from (719) 666-6650. Questions: support@centennialinsurance.org.

How you opt in

We only text people who ask us to. You opt in by entering your mobile number on our Coverage Check form (step 3, “Tell us how to reach you”) and checking the text-message consent box. The box is not checked by default and is optional — you can submit the form without it and we will contact you by phone or email instead. The consent box reads:

“Text me about my coverage. By checking this box I agree that Centennial Insurance may send me recurring automated marketing text messages at the mobile number I provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”

We do not buy phone lists, and we do not text numbers that did not opt in.

What we text you about

  • Your own coverage-check request: confirming we received it, connecting you with a licensed advisor, and scheduling or rescheduling your call.
  • Follow-up on your policy application or coverage review, and reminders about appointments you booked.
  • Occasional marketing messages about Centennial life insurance options and coverage reviews (no more than 4 per month).

Frequency, cost and carriers

  • Message frequency varies based on your request, with no more than 4 marketing messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase, quote, or service.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
