How can consumers verify an insurance license?

Insurance licenses are issued and regulated by states and territories. NIPR provides licensing tools and a Producer Database that can be used to verify licensing information, and individual state departments of insurance provide their own verification resources. Consumers should verify both the agency and the individual producer where appropriate.

Verify existing licenses through NIPR.

Where does Centennial Insurance conduct insurance business?

Centennial conducts insurance activity only in jurisdictions where the agency and the individual producer have the authority required for the transaction. Product, carrier and appointment availability can vary by state and applicant.

As of September 24, 2026, James Woodley holds an active individual producer license with Life authority in these 25 states, each confirmed on that state’s official license record: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia. Jeanie Sepulveda is licensed in Colorado. Centennial Insurance LLC holds Colorado resident agency license #968312. For each license number and a link to its state record, see James Woodley’s licenses and Jeanie Sepulveda’s profile.

Why can carrier availability differ by state?

An insurer may not offer the same product, policy form or underwriting program in every jurisdiction. An agency may also have carrier appointments that differ by state. A carrier name appearing on an educational page does not mean every Centennial advisor is appointed with that carrier in every jurisdiction.

How do advisor licenses work?

Each advisor profile identifies the producer's name, role and a link to independent license-verification instructions. Where Centennial publishes an NPN or state license number, it is confirmed directly and reviewed periodically for accuracy.

What should consumers know before applying?

A website page is not a binder or guarantee of coverage. Rates, eligibility and issuance are determined by the insurer after underwriting and required application steps. Centennial confirms state authority and product availability before recommending or submitting coverage.
