Centennial Insurance is an insurance agency and distribution business operated by Centennial Insurance LLC. Insurance transactions are conducted only through properly licensed entities and producers and only in jurisdictions where the required authority is active.
Centennial is not an insurance company and does not assume insurance risk unless a separate written agreement and applicable law expressly provide otherwise. Insurance is issued by the insurer identified in the policy, certificate, or binder.
Centennial may market or provide services nationally only to the extent its entity licenses, producer licenses, carrier/IMO/MGA relationships, appointments, registrations, and product authority permit. Product availability varies by state/territory, insurer, policy form, underwriting guidelines, and applicant.
A website page, advertisement, or form does not by itself establish that a product is available in a particular jurisdiction.
Website estimates, Coverage Check results, illustrations, quote ranges, and preliminary indications are informational and non-binding unless expressly identified as an authorized quote or binder by the appropriate insurer or authorized party.
No insurance is bound merely by completing a website form, uploading a document, receiving an email/text, or speaking with an advisor. Coverage is effective only when binding/issuance is confirmed through an authorized process and all applicable conditions are satisfied.
Policy terms control if there is any conflict with website or marketing content.
The Centennial Coverage Check is a situation-based educational and intake tool. It may identify issues worth discussing based on information supplied by the consumer. It is not a review of an insurance contract Centennial has not received and does not verify policy guarantees, riders, exclusions, cash values, surrender charges, beneficiary provisions, conversion rights, or other contract terms.
A true policy review requires relevant policy/carrier documentation and licensed review.
Do not cancel, surrender, replace, borrow against, reduce, or allow an existing life insurance policy to lapse solely because you are considering new coverage.
Replacing life insurance may involve new contestability or suicide periods, new surrender charges, loss of guarantees or favorable provisions, new underwriting, different premiums, tax consequences, or other material differences. The effect depends on the policy and jurisdiction.
Where a proposed transaction is a replacement under applicable state/territory law, Centennial will use the required notices, comparison/replacement forms, signatures, insurer notifications, and recordkeeping procedures for that jurisdiction. Website copy is not a substitute for a state-required replacement form.
A licensed insurance producer may provide recommendations within the scope of the producer's authority. Recommendations depend on the facts provided, actual policy terms, carrier rules, and applicable law.
Website education is not legal, tax, accounting, securities, investment, estate-planning, or financial-planning advice.
Centennial may receive commissions, lawful/disclosed fees, bonuses, overrides, or other compensation from insurers, general agencies, or insurance-market participants. Compensation varies by product and carrier.
A reference to multiple insurers or available options does not mean Centennial represents every insurer or can obtain every product. Claims that Centennial is "independent," represents multiple carriers, or compares multiple options must be accurate for the state/territory, producer, and product at the time the statement is made.
Testimonials, star ratings, customer counts, policy counts, production statistics, years of experience, response-time claims, and similar proof must be genuine, current, and supportable before publication. Individual experiences do not guarantee similar results.
Insurer financial-strength ratings can change and are not guarantees of claims payment or suitability.
Centennial may use AI/automation to assist with intake, scheduling, communications, document organization, summarization, and workflow routing. When a consumer directly interacts with a conversational AI agent, Centennial discloses that the interaction is with AI rather than a human.
AI is not a licensed insurance producer. Centennial does not use AI alone to bind coverage, make a final policy-replacement recommendation, or make a final insurance eligibility, underwriting, pricing, approval, or declination decision unless a specific use has been reviewed and approved under applicable insurance, AI, privacy, carrier, and consumer-protection law.
Consumers may request a licensed human for material insurance questions.
Marketing calls or texts are sent only when Centennial has documented the consent or other legal basis required for the recipient, channel, technology, and jurisdiction.
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving a quote.
AI-generated or artificial voice calls are treated as regulated artificial/prerecorded voice communications. Centennial uses those technologies for marketing only where the required written consent and other applicable calling rules are satisfied.
Centennial requests affirmative consent before recording or retaining consumer call audio/transcripts as a nationwide policy. If consent is declined, Centennial will use a non-recorded permitted process when reasonably available or arrange an alternate method.
Centennial does not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent and does not share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Sensitive health, financial, identification, and insurance records should be provided only through Centennial's designated secure workflow. Additional insurance/financial privacy notices or consumer-health-data notices may apply.
Centennial is not a federal, state, territorial, municipal, Medicare, Social Security, or other government agency and is not endorsed by a government entity unless that affiliation is expressly stated and factually documented.
Centennial will not use the existence of a state/territory insurance guaranty association as an advertising inducement or imply that guaranty-association protection is equivalent to insurer financial strength. Any legally required guaranty-association notice will be provided in the form required by the applicable jurisdiction.
Consumers may request Centennial's legal entity name, producer information, and state/territory licensing details at support@centennialinsurance.org or (719) 666-6650. Consumers may also contact the insurance regulator in their state or territory regarding insurance complaints or licensing.
