This notice describes the privacy practices of Centennial Insurance LLC, doing business as Centennial Insurance in connection with consumer insurance transactions. It supplements Centennial's general Privacy Policy.
Insurance transactions require information about consumers and applicants. Federal law and state insurance privacy laws give consumers rights regarding certain nonpublic personal financial and health information. This notice explains how Centennial collects, uses, discloses, and protects that information.

Centennial does not sell nonpublic personal information for money and does not disclose nonpublic personal financial or health information to nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing except if separately disclosed and permitted by law.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Centennial discloses nonpublic personal health information only as permitted by applicable insurance privacy law, with authorization when required, or as otherwise legally permitted to process the insurance service you requested.
Centennial uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, secure systems and approved service providers. Sensitive documents should be submitted through Centennial's designated secure workflow.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct certain information, request deletion where permitted, restrict certain disclosures, withdraw authorization, or receive additional notices. Some information cannot be deleted or restricted when retention or disclosure is required or permitted for insurance, fraud prevention, legal, regulatory, or transaction purposes.

Nonpublic personal information generally means personally identifiable financial or insurance information about a consumer that is not publicly available.
Affiliate generally means a company related by common ownership or control.
Nonaffiliated third party generally means a company not related to Centennial by common ownership or control.
